Funding Portfolio and Sponsors
The funding portfolio of the Institute is diverse. The Institute currently
has grants and contracts of about $20 million dollars, of which about $5 million
dollars supports the FY 2005/2006 budget. This portfolio is comprised of monies
from federal sources (26%), from the State of Florida (20%), and from
foundation, industry, and other sources (54%).
Funding for research, evaluation, and program activities has been made
